Our 125mm Chocolate Engineered Oak Wood Flooring has a total thickness of 14mm a width of 125mm and a wear layer of 3mm. This product comes in random lengths between 300-1200mm. This product uses the tongue and groove (T&G) joining mechanism. Each floorboard is manufactured with a ‘tongue’ and a ‘groove’ that are simply slotted together, creating a strong bond between individual floorboards. In addition, each plank has micro bevelled edge detail that ultimately gives each individual plank more natural definition.

This Engineered Oak Wood is elegantly pre finished with seven coats of chocolate stained UV lacquer giving it that beautiful deep colour, protection and durability. Each plank has a V Groove, bevelled edge giving each plank more natural definition. It also pays to take note that this floor can be sanded down up to 4 times, however it shouldn't be necessary to do so for the first 15-20 years.

This flooring can be installed by using either the Floating, Nailed or Glued-Down method, although the floating method seems to be the preferred choice by most. Please note, this method of installation requires you or whoever is fitting your floor to leave an expansion gap around the perimeter of the room (approximately 10mm in total), but if you're unsure about any of these methods don't forget to check out our downloadable installation guide!

The grade of this product is rustic which means that the plank has more knots and imperfections within the grain. The rustic grade is one of the most popular grades in the flooring industry, it offers a natural look and boasts character and warmth when placed within the home.

We also offer a range of accessories, to help with everything from fitting the floor to maintaining it. Take a peek at our 'accessories' section above.
