23.06m² - Balterio Tradition Sapphire Imperial Teak Laminate Flooring - 538 (12 packs)

Balterio Tradition Sapphire Imperial Teak Laminate Flooring 538 - product code LAM230 - is 9mm thick and 189mm wide which offers an authentic wood grain structure and is exceptional value for money. This product has a 4V micro bevel along side each plank and every plank is individually textured and finished with a seal resin surface making this product extremely easy to maintain. Balterio Laminate Flooring is one of the world’s most renowned laminate flooring manufactures, they have been serving the finest quality laminate flooring for over 50 years. Their products offer natural warmth and comfort to any room and if any manufacturing faults occur you can rest assured you will be covered as Balterio offer a 25 years guarantee.

The textured finish makes it very similar to walk on as hardwood oak and the replica appearance makes it difficult to tell the difference between the two once it is laid. The beveled edges add extra definition to the boards whilst the 4V groves give the planks a more traditional and realistic look once installed. Plus this floor is suitable for use with underfloor heating, and the way in which laminate floor is constructed allows it to retain heat for longer, making it not just a stunning choice, but a practical one too.

Thanks to the advancements in manufacturing, laminate flooring is now practically indistinguishable from real wood flooring. However, because it is not made of real wood, laminate is therefore an incredibly economic choice for your flooring, as it allows you to mimic the look of a wood floor that is kinder to your wallet. Well known for its durability, laminate flooring is able to endure heavy footfall in high traffic areas. This means that your laminate floor would last for many years without diminishing. Additionally, thanks to its core properties, laminate flooring is incredibly easy to clean needing only a cloth or mop. This is due to its water resistant abilities making it ideal for using in kitchens, hallways or living rooms in particular. Laminate flooring is also extremely easy to install using the click system, meaning any DIY fan should be able to take on the job. For more information about installation you can find our helpful guide in the installation tab above.
