Parador Laminate Flooring

Parador laminate flooring is designed and manufactured by a German company. Parador was founded back in 1977, with the first laminate designs available from 1995. Today, Parador offer their customers the choice of more than 2000 products, which are sold in 65 countries all across the world. Parador have two locations in Europe: they started in Coesfeld, Germany, before expanding and opening a further plant in Güssing, Austria, in order to meet the high demand for their flooring products. We import all of our Parador products directly from Germany, and we place an order for this every Thursday. With this in mind, it could take up to 14 days to get your order to you.

It’s no secret that the Parador brand values independent ideas, and they’ve won many awards for their intriguing and innovative designs. They’re particularly renowned for their laminate flooring ranges, and received an award in the ‘Best Laminate’ category at the Flooring Industry Awards for two consecutive years in 2006 and 2007. They have also been acknowledged by many international organisations.

Parador have, for example, received the Blauer Engel label for their use of environmentally-friendly products, as well as the PEFC and FSC labels for adopting sustainable forestry techniques. They’ve also received the LGA Qualitätszertifikat (quality certificate) in Germany for the technical composition of their flooring products, and the LGA Schadstoffgeprüft (safety certificate) for their product safety.

The company are known to effortlessly combine beauty with performance, so you can be sure that any type of flooring from Parador, whether that’s Parador laminate flooring, engineered wood, vinyl, or anything else, is practical and yet looks great at the same time. Their laminate ranges come with an innovative ‘click’ system for quick and easy installation, and are finished with a durable melamine resin.

There are currently six different ranges of Parador laminate flooring available: Basic, Classic, Trendtime, Eco Balance, Edition 1, and Floor Fields. All of the collections have their own unique advantages, but there are a few that really stand out. Floor Fields, for example, includes natural textures to add an extra layer of realism to the laminate, while respected designers were called in to help create Edition 1 flooring. The Basic range is ideal for those wanting to decorate their home on a budget (perhaps with the intention to sell in the future), while Eco Balance ensures total responsibility in manufacturing.

The focus on independent ideas is very evident when browsing the Parador collection of laminate flooring. These are definitely floors that you won’t find anywhere else! There’s everything you could think of, including wine crate designs, crosscut wood effects, art deco touches, animal prints, scientific drawings, patchwork, lettering, and all sorts of graphics and styles. There really is something for every home.

Of course, these more ‘out there’ designs aren’t all that's on offer. There’s actually a very good mix of unique laminate styles and the more traditional laminate designs, like 3 plank oak, floor tile, and stone effect. Whether you’re looking for a classic and understated laminate floor for your home, or something that’s completely eye-catching and mesmerising, you’ll find it with Parador. This brand offers some of the most diverse and interesting collections of laminate flooring in the world, which is just one thing makes them great!
