Create a warm homely feel in your kitchen or dining room with this stunning, natural looking oak laminate flooring. This floor goes well in large rooms especially open plan and its classic appearance and complement many different furnishings and themes.
The bevelled edges not only add to its authentic real wood look, but also allow it to feel like it too. It would therefore look highly sophisticated in a living room accompanied by one of our bespoke rugs.
Idyllic for your kitchen or bathroom, anyone that has experience with laminate will know that it is extremely hard wearing and practical. It is also water and stain resistant, something busy households might see more of. Dirt will not get rubbed into laminate, although we recommend a regular mop to keep it looking fresh.
Warmer than tiles, this wood effect flooring is comforting underfoot. Not only this, but laminate is a good choice if you have underfloor heating, whereas other floor types are not compatible with this. We also offer a generous 30-year guarantee with this tasteful flooring!
The soft colour makes it ideal for a modern room, but also fits a more traditionally styled room. Therefore if you do decide to change your interior completely, you can be sure that this floor will look good with whatever you choose.
The best thing about laminate is that not is it only durable, practical and looks so similar to real wood, but you get all these benefits at a much cheaper price.
If you are looking to install this laminate flooring yourself, here’s how:
Glue and Click
This product combines the ease of installation of the Click system and the added security of gluing the grooves of the planks. Each board is designed to fit together seamlessly and lock into place quickly and efficiently. A thin line of PVA glue should be applied to the groove of the plank to ensure optimum stability.
Laminate flooring does not need to be fixed to a subfloor. Instead, the boards are floated by fitting them together using the Glue and Click installation system. An underlay should be fitted underneath the boards to encourage comfort, stability and insulation.
