The Nest 8mm Rustic Flint Oak 4V Groove Laminate Flooring is 192mm wide, 1285mm long and 8mm thick per plank.

This collection features a single plank design, with a distinctive authentic embossed flint oak wood floor effect taking centre stage, complimented by a textured floor finish. This combination delivers the charm and charisma of rustic wood flooring, without the added expense and maintenance worries, making it a great choice for renovating on a budget.

Helping the rustic flint oak finish stand out is a 4V groove bevel effect. This effect is designed to give the floor added depth and definition, by creating a small gap between each plank. This design is especially handy for large room layouts, as the added definition of each plank prevents an effect known as blurring. This is where the floors knots and wood streaks lose impact in larger room layouts, a common concern with straight edged floors.

This flooring has been awarded a class 32 rating by the European laminate flooring standards authority. This indicates that this flooring is suitable for both home environments as well as for moderate commercial areas.

Our laminate flooring is made using a 4-layer system, which comprises of a backing layer, a core layer (home to the click-lock installation system), an image layer and finally a wear layer. All of these layers come together to deliver a flooring collection that delivers only the best in comfort, usability, dependability and longevity.

Our Laminate Flooring is best installed with the following method:

  • Floating Floor

In a floating floor, the boards click together and join to each other, instead of to the subfloor. This is ideal for a click-joining floor such as laminate as it's a lot easier to fit. For this method, we'd advise you to have underlay installed and prepped.
