Rustic planks contain knots, imperfections and colour variation found in natural wood. Any open knots and imperfections will be filled in, giving your floor an aged wood effect.
Prime wood contains minimal colour variation and knots, making it the ultimate choice for a clean, uniform finish.

The Painswick Sienna Oak is a beautiful addition to our engineered wood range. In a stunning golden hue, this floor will be a great focal point in any home, especially in a living room. It would also make a wonderful choice for a dining room or kitchen, as engineered wood is not only sturdy but more resistant to spills and stains and able to withstand changes in temperature like underfloor heating.
An oiled finish gives a luscious appearance and ensures your engineered wood retains all the strength and durability of solid hardwood. The brushed texture of this flooring makes it ideal for busy family homes as it will hide any scratches your floor may incur over its long lifetime. If after a few years you decide to refinish your floors to return it to sparkling condition you’ll only have to sand and reoil it, making it incredibly low maintenance. The 6mm wear layer means you’ll be able to do this around 5 times, meaning the floor will last decades.
The Painswick Sienna floor comes in a length of 350mm and width of 80mm meaning the long, narrow boards will give the illusion of a bigger size in any room, accentuated by its light and rich hues. The subtle grandeur of the large herringbone design is sure to impress. In a rustic ABC grade, the knots and natural colour variation is highlighted beautifully.
