Enrich your living room, or cosy up your bedroom with this striking, rosy brown laminate flooring. Its rich, deep colour will be sure to add grandness to any home, as well as keeping it cheerful. Maybe even add a colourful rug to really lift the dazzling tones of this product.
Savvy interior designers say that if you’re looking to achieve that sophisticated, grand look to your home then a darker flooring is the way forward. Although a darker colour is associated with a more old-fashioned look, the exquisite red tone of this flooring will help lift and give your home a traditional, yet stylish twist. Keep your interior fresh with cream or white walls, complimented by a lavender sofa in your living room.
Many people want to enjoy the fine-looking, unique and natural appearance of real wooden flooring without the maintenance needs and cost. This is why laminate is a popular choice, as well as looking vividly similar to its inspiration, with care free maintenance and drability. Lasting for many years, this product is often placed in high footfall areas such as the kitchen or hallway. It is very easy to clean too, only needing a sweep or a mop occasionally.
Darker colours as you can imagine tend to hide the dirt better than lighter ones. Therefore, if you’re keen on an easier upkeep we would recommend a browner flooring. Laminate is largely stain resistant, however if you were to unfortunately spill something on it causing a stain, then a darker flooring is more likely to disguise it.
The squared edge gives this flooring a slightly more modern element so you can enjoy the timeless look of a darker floor, but with all the modern benefits. Its textured surface adds to its character as well as the interesting variations of shades.
Laminate is fantastic as it is able to withstand fluctuating temperatures, meaning underfloor heating is possible. This is beneficial when it comes to sell, as we believe that 20-30 years down the line underfloor heating will be much more common.
If you’re looking to install laminate flooring by hand, here are a few things to bear in mind:
Click Fitting System
All our laminate flooring comes with an integrated click fitting system. Each board is designed to fit together seamlessly and securely, removing the need for additional adhesives and materials. The boards lock into place quickly and efficiently, helping your renovation go smoothly.
Laminate flooring does not need to be fixed to a subfloor. Instead, the boards can be floated by fitting them together with the click installation system. Underlay is recommended to encourage comfort, stability, and insulation. Simple!
