How It WorksÂ
Pay 25% Upfront
Get in touch and tell us you’d like to buy a floor. We’ll ask which floor you’re going to buy and then we’ll help you decide how many packs you’ll need.
We’ll ask for a 25% deposit to secure your floor and then we’ll process your order.
Plan your Delivery
Next, we’ll ask you to choose a convenient delivery date within the next three months. Don’t worry if your plans change – you can always change the date later!
Once you’ve picked a rough date, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Make your Final Payment
We’ll email you a few weeks before your delivery date and remind you to call to make your final payment. Then all you'll need to do is get ready to receive your beautiful new floor!

Can you hold my floor for longer than three months?

Can I delay my delivery by a certain number of days?
Yes, we can delay your delivery by a certain number of days. Just call our friendly flooring experts on 0333 577 0025 or email sales@luxuryflooringandfurnishings.co.uk and they’ll be happy to arrange a convenient delivery date for you.
I’m not sure when I need my floor delivered – can I confirm later?
Don’t worry if you’re not sure when you’ll be ready for delivery. Just give us a rough date to work towards and let us know closer to the time if you need to move it.
Do I need to choose my accessories when I place my order?
If you’re buying accessories for fitting or finishing your floor, you can add them when you make your final payment.
Our flooring experts can advise you on the accessories you’ll need and the best options for your floor.
When do I need to make the final payment?
We’ll ask you to call us a week before your delivery’s due so you can make your final payment.
