There’s only one thing Harry takes more seriously than his role in charge of Luxury Trade, and that’s his role as resident office jester. From floor puns to ‘dad jokes’, he certainly keeps us all entertained at Luxury HQ.

Becky works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly in Aftersales. She’s a bit of a product whizz - perfect for those tricky technical questions. Luckily for us, she’s also baking-obsessed and often supplies the office with delicious brownies!

Zoe. Office mum. Superwoman. She goes by many names at Luxury HQ. You’ll find her buried deep in emails reviewing customer feedback or in meetings to improve processes to make the Luxury Flooring service as brilliant as can be.

Holly’s flooring knowledge is second to none. Call her anytime and she’ll talk you through all the benefits and features of our floors. Just not on Sundays, when she’s likely to be doing some first-hand research to find the world’s best bottomless brunch.

Of all Joe’s great accolades, it has to be said that winning ‘Team Player of the Year’ at Luxury Flooring is his proudest achievement. A big sports-lover, he values teamwork and works hard to make sure all our customers find their dream floor.

Hannah never gets tired of having a chinwag. Chatting to lovely customers on the phones all day means she literally gets paid to do her favourite thing. Well, maybe second favourite after hanging out with adorable pups.

If a customer has a problem, Chloe will sort it. From chasing delivery queries or getting a customer’s refund processed as quickly as possible, she’s not one to mess around. A fierce festival-goer, she rocks glitter paint just as much as her work attire.

Harley’s superpower is helping customers visualise exactly what they need for their project. When he’s not busy helping our Trade customers, he’s taking his sidekick, Moose the sausage dog, out for adventures.

Layton has a real knack for building relationships with customers and for knowing exactly which floor to recommend for their lifestyle. A music-fanatic, outside of work you’ll find him listening to rap music or scouring the web to find tickets for his next concert.
