We go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have enough time to decide whether their chosen flooring is suitable for their project. That’s why we provide an additional 14 day period to the 14 days required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations when it comes to returns, providing our customers with a generous 28 Day returns period.
Many online companies stick to the 14 days given in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but here at Luxury Flooring, we’ve listened to customer feedback and extended this period by an additional 14 days.
We know you’ll be delighted with the flooring you’ve purchased from us, but in the unlikely event you’re not happy with the product, or if you have unopened, unused packs after a project, and wish to return goods to us, our terms are as follows:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our extended terms, customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 28 calendar days of receiving goods. This does not apply to any discontinued or bespoke products, which get made to your specifications, including products which may need to be cut to measure.
If the goods purchased have not been dispatched we will issue the cardholder a full refund within 5 working days from receipt of the refund request.
If the goods have already been dispatched or you have all ready taken delivery, you must follow our procedure by contacting us via telephone (0333 577 0025) or via email (email@example.com). We will then provide you with details on how to return the goods to us, and a returns form will be emailed to you.
Customers wishing to return items do so at their own cost. We bare no responsibility for fees incurred when returning goods to us.
All items remain the responsibility of the consumer until they are signed for at our Warehouse in Leeds. Therefore, suitable steps should be taken to ensure that goods cannot be damaged in transit.
As per UK law, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items at our warehouse, should they be in a condition suitable for resale. We reserve the right to only issue a partial refund should goods be returned to us damaged.
If you cancel an order which has been despatched but has not yet been delivered, we will refund the order, minus any delivery expenses incurred.
