Our Price Match Promise

There are a few things to check before making a claim.

The cheaper price you’ve found must be from a UK retailer selling directly to customers and should include delivery. It can’t be part of a promotion, clearance or bulk buy discount.

The competitor’s floor needs to be identical to ours and in brand new condition. It should be offered on the same terms as our floor and must be in stock and available for delivery/collection within five working days.

You’ll need a written quote from the competitor who’s selling the identical floor, so we can confirm that the price is right.

Unfortunately, we can’t consider requests for a price match where a product has been or will be bought using Klarna finance.

An ‘identical floor’ is a floor which has exactly the same dimensions, finish and surface as the one we’re offering.

In solid or engineered wood flooring, the grade of the wood must also be the same as ours. However, we know that some of our competitors use slightly different grading systems than us, so if that’s the case, we’ll just compare the appearance of the wood.

You can make a claim for a price match if you report the lower price within 28 days of receiving your floor. If your claim is accepted, we’ll refund you the difference within 14 days.

If you haven’t ordered your floor yet, we should be able to review your claim and confirm if it’s been accepted within a day or two.

Reviewing a claim for a floor that’s already been paid for may take a bit longer, so please allow up to 10 days to hear back.

Our promise to match a competitor’s price will be valid until 14 days after you’ve received your order.
